Alpakita uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology with 256-bit encryption for data transfer. This offers high security and is also used by banks for online transactions. You can recognize encrypted data transfer by the lock or key symbol in your browser's status bar.

4. Data Collection via Contact Form

Personal data you provide through our contact form are used solely for responding to your inquiries and related technical administration. Data is not shared with third parties.

5. Data Collection in the Online Shop

For contract processing, we store the following data:

  • First name, Last name

  • Email address

  • Address, Street, ZIP code, City, Country

These data are necessary for contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures. Without them, we cannot complete the contract. Data are shared only with:

  • Payment processors for transaction purposes

  • Transport/shipping companies for delivery

  • Our tax advisor to meet tax obligations

If the purchase process is canceled, the data are deleted. In the case of a completed transaction, data are stored until the end of the 10-year tax retention period.
